TRUST BUT VERIFY
- documenting lines with smartphones & other devices

Thanks to the application for photo documentation in Lineregister, clients are able to record and control installations easily and conveniently on site.

Energie Graz GmbH has been using LineRegister by GRINTEC for line information all along. Construction companies have to verifiably inquire about the existence of installations and lines before any construction activity. LineRegister provides relevant information and plans guaranteeing a complete documentation of the information process. From now on, this documentation can be upgraded with an additional useful feature: Construction companies should document exposed line segments via photos and add these to the existing information case.

No login necessary: Simply scan the QR code or click on the link.

Due to the photo documentation application in LineRegister, it is very simple to upload relevant pictures from smartphones or tablets, since the person in charge does not need their own account to do so. In order to be able to use the photo documentation application, they simply have to scan a QR code or follow a link. Both are generated automatically and to be found on the documents provided for the information case. After the photos have been uploaded, LineRegister generates an assignment for a person in charge of the project, who can then assess the pictures regarding their quality and completeness. The construction company is then informed about the outcome of this assessment. By uploading pictures, the condition of the exposed line segments is additionally documented and therefore a higher degree of security is ensured.
